Served as a member of management as a Senior Area Supervisor until my being appointed to Director of Security of Atlanta Region in November 2002 by the Southeast Regional Operations Manager. Scope of responsibility is broad and includes first line supervision of security staff members, direction of all security activity and functions on specified account locations, including the protection of life and property. Maintain an ongoing communication link between security management and the clients. Additional responsibility for the delegation of training and up dating of specific training for account assignments, ensuring all security staff members meet the specified requirements per the state of Georgia and the governing body for the security licensing and regulatory commission

• Developed and implemented the security coverage for high profile clients (2001 and 2002 American Idol security coverage)
• Negotiation of new contracts
• Developed and maintained an ongoing communicative relationship with law enforcement within the jurisdiction of the adjacent account area
• Implemented safeguards to assure security licensing, training and regulations prior to the placement of staff onto accounts in the Atlanta area. (Area malls, Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport)
• Developed and implemented classes on security safety, first aid and emergency scenarios
• Work in a joint venture with the New York and Savannah, GA office branch management on security related issues
